Earlier today, Israel struck 800 armed sites in Lebanon, in retaliation for Hezbollah’s ongoing missile hits in northern Israel.
Hezbollah is armed and financed by Iran (like are Hamas and the Houthis in Yemen).
A couple of days ago, Israel gave warning to Hezbollah to back off or war would follow.
Hezbollah ignored the warning.
In response to the escalation of hostilities, the US is sending more troops to the area.
American aircraft carriers and other weapons have been positioned in the vicinity for some time now.
The intensity of the conflict, which started with Hamas’ invasion of southern Israel on October 7th 2023, is ramping up to become a full out war.
But Iran will lose.
Neither Russia nor China, its allies, will come to its rescue.
Hezbollah and Hamas are now on their own.
Earlier today, also, Russian aircraft violated Japanese air space south of the Hokkaido Islands, prompting Japan’s defense planes to fire warning flares. Surely the move was meant as a warning to the West that the Russia-China-Iran-North Korea axis is consolidating.
But it won’t matter.
The full Israeli attack is a sign of their willingness — with our support — to engage in an all out war with Iran’s proxies, (Hamas, Houthis, Hezbollah).
It seems inevitable.
Not only does Iran oppress their people, they use others to do their dirty work and expand their influence.
Without Iran’s supply of weaponry and resources…
