Trump on Zelensky

Peace talks to end the war in Ukraine have got under way and Mr Trump decides to belittle Zelensky, Ukraine’s president.
In contrast, Trump has said absolutely nothing derogatory about Putin and adds that
fault for starting the bloody war lies squarely with Ukraine.
Step back and it’s all part of the selling out of that brave nation.
Can we not see the horror of it?
Trump cannot placate Putin enough.
It is unbelievable, painfully disturbing, that an American president — and his inner circle — are so blinded to reality.
Unbelievable, that the strategy of devaluing Zelensky, degrading him publicly, is a calculated move to appease Putin.
Trump’s behavior is so blatantly obsequious, that it should be grounds for public censure.
Europe should stand up in defense of Ukraine. Right now. For if not now, then when?
Here we are, living in a world where the West’s two main adversaries, Russia and China, are
joining forces to damage us, and the American president chooses to divide the West and bow to Russia.
Trump’s string of insults do not seem to end.
He’s said that Zelensky played Biden ‘like a fiddle.’
Mr President, please look at yourself in the mirror. Someone is playing you like a fiddle.
And yes, it is the Russian.
I hear him laughing as you heap abuse on Zelensky.
It does not have to be this way, Mr Trump. You can still correct your ways. You can still take pause and reflect a little before you speak.
