Getting Close to the Biden/Trump Debate

Trump’s recent felony conviction in New York became a fundraising bonanza. And that was just the start.
Tim Mellon then jumped into the growing excitement by donating 50 million to his campaign.
Surely, there must be something thrilling about defying the law.
Other billionaires quickly followed, notably Stephen Schwarzman of the Blackstone Group, who blamed Biden for growing antisemitism in America and reversed his support.
I am sure Mr Schwarzman took into account that Trump has talked about lowering the corporate tax rate and that other billionaires had rushed in to contribute.
But it’s not all about the wealthy. Trump’s promised waiters too, if elected, that he’ll stop taxing their tips.
‘See’, he could boast, ‘it trickles down, doesn’t it?’
Yes, down to a tip.
He didn’t forget those who still think immigration has benefits, for he’s now said that foreign students who graduate from US colleges will be eligible for a green card.
And today I read that he wants to eliminate the Department of Education. What a profound insight! Our children will need only follow Louisiana’s example of posting the Ten Commandments in every classroom and their minds will automatically expand.
And not to be outdone, in Florida, their sanctimonious governor eliminated a budget item that had allocated 32 million for the arts.
Just pray! What’s the matter with you folks?
